If you need to apply for a return, please email us or contact our WeChat account to assist you in completing the return application.
Except for quality problems, returns for any reason are not accepted.
To return one or more items from an order:
The return must be requested within 7 days of the delivery date;
The item must be in its original, unused, unaltered and unwashed condition;
The item must be returned with the tags and packaging in their original condition.
Once we have received your item, we will notify you of the refund as soon as we have inspected the item.
Once the returned item has passed the quality check and confirmed to be eligible for return policy, we will process the refund immediately.
Please note that the original shipping fee is non-refundable.
